I enjoy empowering people on their path of personal growth, life changes, challenges, healing and wholeness. I have a passion for working in collaboration with others to help them move toward self-understanding, discovering and expressing their truth and authenticity, and moving through unresolved conflicts, beliefs, and past trauma, toward a life filled with greater joy and aliveness.
My practice is informed by my training, knowledge, and professional and clinical experience, along with my personal life journey. I bring reflection, honesty, presence, creativity, compassion, and spontaneity into my work with clients. I had a DNA surprise in 2023, and although my story won't be exactly the same as yours, I hope that my lived experience, combined with NPE education and 20+ as a trauma therapist, will be helpful to others who are navigating their own NPE/MPE journey.
