Sasha  is a psychotherapist currently in private practice with over two decades of experience working as a social worker with children, youth, adults and families in various settings, Sasha is an experienced, dynamic, outcome-oriented professional with a strong ability to develop rapport with diverse groups of people. She has been described by colleagues as “unflappable” and as a clinician who works with complex needs without hesitation and with empathic support and collaborative interaction. One of her primary specialties is in adoption, where she has worked with all age adoptees, as well as other members of the adoption constellation. Her work in adoption has expanded to a passion for working with families created by third-party reproduction, late discovery adoptees (LDA) and individuals who have experienced nonpaternal events (NPE) and misattributed parentage (MPE). Sasha’s approach as a trauma-informed clinician utilizes CBT, DBT, Mindfullness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Gestalt strategies.

Sasha, with her husband, are the adoptive parents of two college-aged daughters.  She has family members who are birth parents, adoptive parents, adoptees, and family members who have experienced LDA and NPE.

She is paneled with BCBSMA, but has been approved through single case agreements with other insurance companies to allow clients to be able to utilize their health insurance coverage.
