I specialize in NPE Therapy Minnesota, also called therapy for misattributed parentage or DNA surprise support. After my own DNA discovery, I understand how life-changing it can be when family truths come to light. That experience shapes the way I work. I support people who discover unexpected parentage. I also work with birth parents, siblings, and other relatives who are part of the constellation.
People come to me at many different points in their DNA journey. Some are in the early days of shock and questions. Others are further along and working through grief, identity, or changes in family relationships. My goal is to create space where clients can speak honestly, feel less alone, and find steady ways forward.
When discoveries bring up conflict, I draw on training as a mediator and additional education through the High Conflict Institute. These tools are especially helpful when communication breaks down. They also matter when co-parenting or family systems become complicated.
Along with therapy in Minnesota, I offer coaching for people nationwide. I also provide speaking and training for communities, professionals, and organizations. As a board member of Right to Know, I contribute to advocacy and education for those impacted by misattributed parentage, adoption, and donor conception.
